At Lunette, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or do refunds. However, we do provide free replacement for damaged items.

All Lunette products are made to order and customized based on the customer’s specific requirements, including size, design, and finish. Because these products are created exclusively for each order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is confirmed.

However, if a product is received in damaged condition, we offer a free replacement after verification. This replacement policy ensures quality assurance while maintaining the integrity of our customized production process.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products
  • Replacement will be provided free of cost
  • No return or refund is applicable

Refunds

Lunette does not provide refunds. Approved damage cases will be resolved through replacement only.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers do not pay shipping charges for replacement items due to damage
  • Lunette bears the full shipping cost for replacements
